Dr. Kim, Dr. Arrington, Dr. Strickland and staff are proud to be a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive periodontal services available today. We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure you that it is performed in the most responsible manner. In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, we have outlined our payment policy.
First Visits (Exams or Emergencies):
Our policy is that payment is due in full at the time of service. Your first visit fee varies based on the nature of your visit and the diagnostics needed for an accurate diagnosis. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit card payment (MasterCard and Visa). If you have dental insurance, as a courtesy we will file your insurance claim for you.

For patients who require initial periodontal therapy (Scaling and Root Planing):

Payment for treatment is due when services are rendered.

When filing a pre-estimate with your insurance, this will only be done on the scaling and root planing part of treatment. Any other services in the treatment plan will need to be paid at the time of service.

Outside financing is possible through Care Credit – information will be given to you at your request.
For patients requiring surgical treatment, occlusal adjustments, occlusal bite guards:
- Payment in full is due the day of treatment. If a pre-estimate has been filed and received, you will be notified of the amount not covered by your dental insurance and that amount will be due on the day of your treatment. The claim will be filed and your dental insurance company will reimburse you those benefits.
