I had gum tissue grafting done with Dr. Kim. People Immediately started telling me how painful it would be. You’ll be out of work due to pain afterwards ect. I must say those ppl were completely wrong. I was back at work next day only medication needed was antibiotic and mouth rinse. There was no pain and areas where tissue was removed for grafting healed quickly. During the process you feel absolutely nothing. And where the tissue was removed and you rub it with your tongue it feels like...”after” you have burned inside of your mouth on a hot slice of pizza. So nothing bad at all. Dr. Kim has a great easy going staff to make your visit much more relaxing than you think it will be!

Dr. Arrington did surgery. 5 days after surgery on Christmas Eve I had pain and concerns so I called her on Christmas Eve night and she answered on the second ring. I highly recommend her. She is a very good Doctor and good and caring person.

Procedure time was exactly as explained. Site in roof of mouth where donor tissue was taken was significantly more painful with increased healing time from what I initially anticipated. Never had any difficulty or pain at actual graft site.

Took a little longer for final graft to heal in the roof of the mouth, but got along fine. I have had good results from all grafts and everything seems to be fully healed.
