My experience on the day of my procedure was so amazing thanks to Lisa Taylor. I came in feeling nerves and anxious because of the procedure and thinking I was going to be sedated. But after Lisa comforted me by talking with me about our children and listening to me I started feeling better. I also have to say that she was very supportive throughout the whole time. Dr. Kim was awesome too, he came right in and calm me down asked me about what kind of music I wanted to listen to and continued to let me know things they could do to ensure I would be comfortable the whole time. Both Lisa and Dr. Kim made me feel very comfortable and I appreciate the support I was given.
