Dr. Kim and the entire team were always very pleasant and the procedure was thoroughly explained. I was always made aware of what was happening during the procedure and the timeline. From the initial scheduling and throughout the entire process everyone has been exceptional. Also their follow up has been amazing and Dr. Kim and the entire team strive for excellence.
